Peterson Precast Concrete Products does business in the heart of the Columbia River Gorge, benefiting the community with viable and functional products, along with aesthetically pleasing products. Viably functional products include such items as “sta-bil-base” refuse and litter container stands (cans in stands withstand 90 mph winds and will not be overturned), retaining walls, recessed column retaining walls, litter receptacles, fire pits, benches and tables. Those items that could be considered aesthetically pleasing would be planters, colored and/or exposed aggregate walls, sundials, birdbaths, recessed column walls, colored, stacked barbeques called chimineas, fountains (from small to very large), stackable stool seating with stool tops, park tables of all sorts and designs, and table foundations of various designs. Our products are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. Included in our choice of mediums for products is standard exposed aggregate (gray), colored Montana river rock (multicolored), and Indonesian greenstone.

Our home-based plant products are attractive for the client who wishes to self-design and maintain their environment. These products are interchangeable and matchable. Our products are also attractive for the municipal client or governmental client who wishes to design a socially functional environment for the public, such as our attractive litter receptacles, benches, fire pits, planters, bird baths, retaining walls, cigarette ash urns, refuse container stabilizers, large fountains (including custom-made environs from either large natural rock or moss-covered rock, wherein we provide the pump and labor).

For several years, we worked to develop an application for concrete products that would not only be simplistic and practical, but allow for individual creativity as well. When we believed we had succeeded in creating a system that met such criteria, we patented our O-Rings.

We are proud of our product, its system, and the myriad of applications possible. This is a product that has been highly successful for us and for meeting our customers’ needs.

The genius of our Building Ring System and its designs is in its simplicity and flexibility. This system uses only a few basic patterns, incorporating a variety of materials, to achieve products which sell easily and regularly, as well as custom orders. You can make more profit with our system since it allows you to assemble and/or build better looking items or projects that sell for high dollar amounts, but cost you amazingly little.

Here are a few general examples of what can be produced by a Manufacturer owning our technology:

1. Common Products: items that can be sold regularly and easily at a profit; items sold in bulk to businesses, industries, parks, and municipalities, etc.; items in consistent high demand.

2. Water & Garden Applications: that which can be built/designed in the way of ponds, waterfalls, fountains; landscaping and water feature installations.

3. Walls: build taller walls, adjust lengths, build balustrades, railings, turn the tightest corners - all using the same O-Ring Forms; several different configurations are possible using these same O-Rings for a variety of walls and appearances.

We are pleased to present you with a special introductory offer, which enables any size business to incorporate our system.

Our trial six-month Wet-Cast Starter License is only $600.00, plus form rental and deposit. With the purchase of this license, you can rent up to one dozen forms for the six-month term. There is an additional refundable deposit that we require to insure that a Licensee returns our forms in well-maintained condition.

After your 6-month trial period, you will have the opportunity to pay a yearly rate of $2400.00 (or $200.00 a month), plus form rental and deposit, to continue using our system. Each year you are licensed with Peterson Precast Concrete Products, a 5% royalty of gross sales in excess of $50,000 is required. This royalty, of course, applies only to annual sales of Peterson Precast products and accessories. At any time, you may exercise the option to purchase a permanent license from us for $10,000, plus the form rental and the 5% royalty of gross sales.

Remember, our Starter License allows you to rent anywhere from one to a dozen forms. If a wet-caster renting, for example, 11 basic forms, were to pour only 100-count of each form per year and sell only those 100 rings individually, the gross sales would easily exceed $13,850.00. It follows that casting and selling 300 of these same pieces individually in a year would bring in upwards of $40,000.00 or more.

However, most products require the use of several rings to create the particular item. In this case, when any product constituting the use of more than one ring is sold, it is sold at an elevated price. We sell approximately one hundred products made from rings for every ring sold individually.

For example: a 42”curved bench with a base constructed of rings could easily retail at $95.00, although the price sheet values the total price of the rings used at about $20.00, if sold by themselves. The bench top costs you only $20.00 as well.

Another example is to use specialty aggregate to make a fountain, using five 12”rings and one 35” ring, and easily selling it to the consumer at a price of $500.00 or more.
