It is our cancellation policy to honor the cancellation request if it was made in a timely fashion (prior to Peterson Precast Concrete Products incurring any costs, which include production, packaging, and shipping). It is also our policy to offer refunds if the product is damaged or broken at the time of delivery. Customers who have made deposits and did not cancel their order in a timely manner, that refuse delivery or to make a final payment are not due a refund. We allow a (10) ten day grace period for each customer who refuses to make a final payment or accept delivery to rescind their decision and accept their order with additional charges incurred by Peterson Precast added to their original invoice total. All decisions to accept previously refused shipments or to pay invoice amounts previously refused, must be received in writing by Peterson Precast within (10) ten days of original refusal.
